A public register of bounded claims about BW, each one bound to a carrier that holds it, a condition that would break it, and an honest statement of the evidence class it has reached.
Proof before power
This estate does not ask to be believed. It publishes what it can show, names who holds it, states what would prove it wrong, and marks the rest as missing. Three labels do all the work, and none of them can be upgraded by repeating it louder.
A statement the estate makes about itself, its method or its protocol. It is inspectable here, and it proves nothing beyond what is written.
A result read from a supplied run carrier: a log, an output artefact, a measurement record. Observed means it was seen, not that it was checked by anyone outside.
A result produced again by a separately identified examiner from the published packet alone. Requires an examiner identity and an evidence packet bound to the run.
Every bounded claim, its evidence class, the carrier that holds it or the statement that none was supplied, and what would falsify it.
19 claimsFixed objects, fixed conditions, pre-registered outcomes, negative controls, and a packet an examiner can run and publish.
4 casesChallenges written from failure classes rather than successes, each with a pass condition and a fail condition.
4 challengesThe quantities, instrument classes, tolerance rules and record forms a physical claim would have to satisfy.
4 obligationsWhat the method owes at each step of its derivation, and what each capability must be bound to before it means anything.
TraceabilityWhat this release published, which record classes are still missing, and the limitations stated up front.
ProvenanceThe rules a challenge must meet, and the boundary around material that is never published.

Local onlyThis estate publishes method and structure with full carriers. Substantive BW artefacts, run results, physical measurements, examiner identities and independent reproductions are not held by this app, so they are published as missing rather than asserted. One run is published in full: the witness protocol executed against the estate harness. That run is real execution of a real transform, and it is evidence about the harness, not about BW.

BW Proof is an evidence estate, not a live BW runtime, not a certification, and not an independent audit. Nothing here substitutes for an examiner inspecting real artefacts.
